While CEO and Principal Architect of the global firm, Otak Architecture and Engineering, Ryc led the commission by Marriot Hotels to restore and upgrade the resort with modern amenities and technology. Originally built in 1912 by Dr. Chandler and located in the heart of Chandler Arizona’s historic downtown area, the restoration effort addressed exterior facades, 249 guest suites, and 32,000 square feet of event and dining spaces.
