This was the first building in Phoenix’s Historic Roosevelt District to undergo restoration and adaptive reuse design and construction. It fully incorporated the Historic Commission’s design and construction guidelines and qualified for Historic Renovation Grant funds. Ryc’s firm, HL Design Build, LLC provided all the entitlement, design and construction efforts on this widely published and recognized project.
