TALIESIN CAMPUSES
Frank Lloyd Wright’s two campuses, Taliesin East and Taliesin West, are the continuation of the practice of Architecture begun by FLLW in 1893.
R. Nicholas Loope (Ryc) served as the President and Principal Architect of Taliesin Architects, and the first titular leader that had not worked under Frank Lloyd Wright while he was alive. From 1989 to 1998, Ryc lead a continuous and successful effort to gain financial support, both public & private and carry out projects for the preservation and restoration of the two Taliesin historic campuses. Many historic residences and global projects were accomplished as well, including Monona Terrace in Wisconsin.
