Working closely with renowned architect R. Nicholas Loope, FAIA, this private dining space located in the Sanctuary Resort in Paradise Valley, Arizona, was created to be an exclusive venue for Iron Chef and Executive Chef Beau MacMillan. Winning numerous awards including Best Private Dining room, every detail was designed to enhance the chef’s immeasurable talent, while not distracting from the art of his creations. A glass wall opens to the kitchen, which was given a complex and comprehensive remodel, allowing the guests to watch and engage with the chef during the meal. A custom-designed granite table, seamless cabinetry, custom wall finishes, ethereal lighting, and all tabletop items were selected with the designer’s expertise. The team created an interior dining space that could accommodate everything from corporate meetings to a small wedding banquet. Guests are escorted to the room through a 1,000 bottle wine cellar that the team also designed.
