Taking a Class B, tired office space with low ceilings and a maze-like demising plan, the designer, working with architect R. Nicholas Loope, FAIA, changed this Class B office space into a visually compelling design-build studio. Two private but visually open offices were designed to sit amongst workstations to accommodate an ever-growing team.
