Gentleman’s Penthouse

This cosmopolitan penthouse was designed to accommodate the lifestyle of a retired bachelor. A masculine feel for the space was the desired goal. The owner’s existing art collections were incorporated into the home’s remodel, and much thought was given to the needs of the client, who was embracing the transition to his senior years.
